BADELT AND ZIMMER Pirates of the Carribean

Maestro Janna Hymes and the Carmel Symphony Orchestra lead a Journey into Jazz, featuring music in the American tradition. Award-winning bassist and composer, Edgar Meyer, joins the CSO on the Palladium stage for this journey. Meyer is hailed as “the most remarkable virtuoso in the … history of his instrument,” by the New Yorker. The CSO will perform Myer’s composition, Concerto for Double Bass in D.

The evening will culminate in a spirited performance of Badelt and Zimmer’s beloved film score Pirates of the Caribbean.
