Secrets of Buckland is an atmospheric piece that depicts mysterious feelings in a fantasy world. This short 3 minute piece is composed in the style of film or gaming music, and is an adventurous foray into the world of ambient classical music. The original inspiration for the piece was music from a Dungeons & Dragons radio show called “Monsters & Melodies.” This piece takes motivic ideas from gaming soundtracks and presents them in a classical ensemble.
